Somewhere Only We Know....


Tonight, the love of my life has given me one of the greatest gifts I honestly have ever received... in lieu of a "Mother's Day" present, BJ gave me tickets to the KEANE concert. I am not joking, this is the best gift I have ever received... why you ask? KEANE is my absolute favorite band in the entire world.... if you have not heard of them, they are a small, "indie", band from the UK... anyways, they rarely come to North America (when they have in the past it has typically been to Canada or the Portland, OR area) and I have NEVER had the chance to see them live. BJ promised me that whenever they journey back to the States, he would take me... regardless of where they were playing, we would get on a plane and go....

NO PLANE NEEDED!! Tonight, yes tonight, KEANE is playing at the Dallas House of Blues.... doors open at 6pm, and we will be there at 6pm. I CANNOT WAIT.

Baby Rector, I can't believe I am saying this... but STAY PUT for at least the next 14 hours. Thank you!

I will brag about the concert tomorrow... for now, I am off to listen to my favorites as I prepare for the greatness that is tonight... thanks BJ, I LOVE YOU!

Have fun lady...you deserve this! You may want to bring a towel or something just in case your water breaks while you're swaying to your favorite song! :)

If you have ever been through any sort of team tryout, audition, or interview, you know the waiting period can be a little bit stressful.... and well, that gives you an idea of how the hunt for our reception location has been since our engagement. The Sister of Honor...

Its time for our readers to get to know some of our bridal party... and there is no better place to start than with your maid of honor!   For those of you who don't know my younger sister Katie, growing up she was my sidekick, my stage-hand, my monkey that would bang the cymbals if I asked.... basically, if I was the center of attention, she was right there to introduce me, applaud me, or be my partner in crime.   So now as we have both "grown" up, and its time for me to make the biggest decision of my life, it means the world to me that there Katie will be.... right by my side, my-stage hand, making me look better and supporting me as I change my last name once and for all. Crowdsourced Group Gift Guide 2020
